Risk reduction and threat awareness for executive protection, corporate security, and workplace safety programs. The same science that protects military forces, adapted for your operating environment.
Your CSO reports to the board. They need quantifiable risk reduction, not anecdotes. HBPR&A is backed by 9 independent studies, including the Army Research Institute. The training produces measurable improvement in situational awareness and the skills hold over time.
Corporate security budgets compete with every other line item. HBPR&A trains your security leadership once, then gives them the frameworks and tools to scale the capability across their own teams.
The methodology works for SOC analysts scanning camera feeds, executive protection details running advance work, and front-desk staff who are the first line of observation at every facility entrance.

Behavioral analysis for security operations centers, access control teams, and corporate security managers. Calibrated for workplace threat assessment and executive facility protection.
Advance work, route surveys, and close protection enhanced with HBPR&A observation frameworks. Your detail spots pre-attack indicators that technology misses.
For HR, legal, and management teams. Behavioral indicators of insider threats, escalation patterns, and intervention frameworks. Complements existing EAP programs.
Bridger Aerospace operates an aerial firefighting fleet. In late 2024 their flight operations hit a crisis: trust between leadership and the pilot corps had broken down, divisions were siloed, and decisions leaned on relationships instead of process. Arcadia was brought in to stabilize the pilot group. The work didn’t stay there.
Over 15 months we moved from crisis intervention to a company-wide leadership and communication program. What worked for the pilot corps surfaced a pattern the executive team recognized across the organization. We built the program out from there: multi-day on-site interventions, one-on-one coaching for key leaders, leadership workshops for managers, and structured facilitation between divisions that had stopped talking to each other.
The throughline was Arcadia’s CLEAR framework and a shared language of ownership at every level. The goal was to give a growing company the leadership consistency it needs to scale without the friction, miscommunication, and slow decisions that usually show up with growth.
“It’s been a long time since we actually talked like this.”
“I’ve seen what they can do in smaller teams. We brought them in to help with the leadership team.”
