Martin Woolley brings 35+ years of international military and training experience to Arcadia Cognerati. He's a decorated British Naval Commander who commanded two warships during his Royal Navy career.
Martin served as Superintendent of Diving and Explosive Ordnance Disposal for the Royal Navy of Oman, and as Deputy Leader of NATO's Counter-IED Integrated Product Team at Supreme Allied Command Transformation HQ, where he managed $15M in programs.
He developed the Maritime Advanced Situational Awareness Training (MASAT) and international HBPR&A training courses for the US Navy and NATO's Maritime Interdiction Operational Training Centre (NMIOTC).
