Before Arcadia, Dan served as Assistant Commissioner of the Correction Academy at the NYC Department of Correction, where he was responsible for training 8,000+ officers. He's a U.S. Army veteran, holds an MS in Instructional Design and Human Performance Technology, an MBA, and the PMP certification.
