Arcadia Cognerati is a small. agile team comprised of world-renowned Human Behavior Pattern Recognition and Analysis experts. We are a service provider specializing in assessing, developing and conducting training and education to address urgent safety and security needs in some of the most challenging environments on the planet.
Our small group of instructors are hand-selected experienced veterans with unique and applicable skillsets and capabilities who are trained, assessed, and constantly evaluated in the art and science of human behavior. Each instructor has a wealth of experience with the various topics we teach and with the proprietary methodology that we use.

BRIAN MARREN
Vice President of Operations
Brian Marren is a decorated Marine, High Threat Protection security professional and Subject Matter Expert on Human Behavior Pattern Recognition & Analysis. He has spent the last fifteen years conducting both real world or training operations all over the United States, the Middle East and both Central and East Asia. Brian is a highly experienced, highly motivated professional that has the ability to adapt to any environment whether he is on the battlefield, in a classroom or at a board meeting.

MARTIN WOOLLEY
Program Manager
Martin Woolley is the Talent Coordinator and Senior Program Manager for Arcadia Cognerati. Martin Woolley is a decorated former British Naval Commander and a proven leader with over 35 years of experience as a commercial business development manager, program manager and senior military officer. Martin was selected on four occasions to military command appointments.

SHELLY WILLIAMS
CEO
Shelly is a decorated Law Enforcement Officer with experience on the hardest streets of Michigan and Colorado. Shelly worked as a member of gang, organized crime and drug task forces with Federal Agencies and was was an undercover narcotics officer. Shelly has been the lead instructor-trainer for a number of highly successful human behavior predictive analysis programs.

GREG WILLIAMS
Director of Innovation and Training
Greg Williams is a decorated, veteran urban law enforcement professional and a decorated, veteran former soldier with over 35 years of combined experience and expertise. Greg serves as an adjunct professor of Sociology and is known as an industry expert in Irregular Warfare and Human Behavior for the Defense Community. Greg has written and developed numerous highly successful programs that have saved countless lives.
